Website and Training Terms

These general terms explain the basis on which Streamline Intel (Pty) Ltd provides website information, proposals, training and related resources. A formal quotation, proposal or written agreement may contain additional terms for a specific engagement.

Website information

We aim to keep course, pricing and platform information accurate and current. Technology and third-party platform functionality can change. Final scope, dates, delivery arrangements, delegate numbers and charges are confirmed in the accepted proposal or quotation.

Training bookings and pricing

Training is subject to availability and written confirmation. Published daily rates state what is included for the indicated number of delegates. Additional delegates, travel, accommodation, venue costs and requirements outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Cancellation, postponement and payment arrangements are confirmed with each booking.

Client preparation and software licences

Each delegate requires a suitable laptop, reliable access to the agreed systems and the correct software licences, accounts and permissions activated before training. AI subscriptions, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate and other third-party licences are not included in the training fee unless expressly stated. Streamline Intel can guide the client on the requirements before training.

Digital AI Playbook

Playbook access is personal, named and permission-controlled. It remains hosted by Streamline Intel and may not be downloaded, copied, transferred, redistributed or shared with unlicensed users. Access periods, included delegate access, additional-user pricing and renewal pricing are as stated in the accepted proposal or on the applicable course page.

Intellectual property

Streamline Intel’s course material, prompts, templates, methods, graphics and Playbook content remain protected intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise. Delegates may use authorised resources for their own licensed business work but may not resell, publish or distribute them.

Third-party services and outcomes

Third-party platforms are supplied and controlled by their respective providers. Their availability, pricing, functionality and terms may change. Training develops practical capability, but business outcomes also depend on the client’s information, implementation, decisions, controls and continued use.
